High-capacity bone-char cartridge for compatible 10″ × 4.5″ Big Blue systems
This specialty whole-house cartridge uses bone-char media to help adsorb fluoride and selected dissolved metals that standard sediment and carbon filters may not effectively address. It is intended as one stage in a properly designed multi-stage filtration system.

How bone char works
Hydroxyapatite-rich media provides targeted adsorption
Bone char contains calcium-phosphate minerals, including hydroxyapatite, together with a carbon fraction. These mineral surfaces can adsorb fluoride and may also bind selected dissolved metals under suitable water conditions.
