Installation and maintenance
- ✓Shut off the water supply and relieve housing pressure before opening
- ✓Install only in a compatible 10″ × 4.5″ Big Blue housing
- ✓Install a sediment cartridge upstream to help protect the carbon block
- ✓Inspect and clean the housing sump and O-ring during replacement
- ✓Pressurize slowly and inspect the housing for leaks
- ✓Flush to drain until carbon fines are cleared before normal use
