This point-of-entry system installs on the home’s main cold-water line and filters water before it reaches connected faucets, showers and appliances. It uses standard 10″ × 2.5″ slim cartridges and includes one filter set preinstalled plus one complete replacement set.
Water passes through a sediment prefilter first, followed by a premium activated carbon block for chlorine-related taste and odor.
Installed where the main water supply enters the home, the system helps capture suspended particles and improve chlorine-related water quality before water is distributed through the plumbing.
Helps capture dirt, sand, silt, visible rust particles and other suspended debris while protecting the carbon stage downstream.
Helps reduce chlorine, unpleasant taste and odor, and many common organic compounds while providing final water polishing.
Point-of-entry filtration
Filters water for connected faucets, showers, laundry and appliances from one central location.
Two-stage treatment
Sediment filtration protects the downstream carbon block and supports consistent household use.
Semi-clear housings
Visible sumps make it easier to monitor sediment buildup and general cartridge condition.
Two complete filter sets
One set is preinstalled and one complete spare set is included—four cartridges total.
Common plumbing connection
3/4″ threaded inlet and outlet ports suit many residential main-water installations.
Housing wrench included
The supplied wrench helps open the housings during routine cartridge replacement.
The sediment and activated-carbon combination is intended for suspended particles and chlorine-related concerns. Other water conditions may require specialty treatment.
Actual reduction and cartridge life depend on source-water chemistry, pressure, flow rate, household use and filter condition.
Chloramine generally requires catalytic carbon; hardness usually requires a water softener; microbiological concerns require appropriate disinfection; dissolved contaminants may require specialty media or reverse osmosis.
