Installation and maintenance
- ✓Shut off the water supply and relieve housing pressure before opening
- ✓Install only in a compatible 10″ × 2.5″ slim housing
- ✓Place after sediment filtration whenever possible
- ✓Confirm the cartridge gasket seats properly before closing the housing
- ✓Pressurize slowly and inspect the housing for leaks
- ✓Flush until loose carbon fines are cleared before normal use

This filter does a great job reducing chlorine and odors in our tap water. Water tastes much better now. I gave it 4 stars only because I wish the filter had a longer lifespan, but for the price and performance, it’s an excellent choice
