Standard carbon-block filtration
10-micron CTO carbon block for chlorine-related taste and odor polishing
This standard 10″ × 2.5″ drop-in cartridge is designed for compatible whole-house, under-sink and reverse-osmosis prefilter housings. It is commonly used as a final carbon stage after sediment or GAC filtration.

Installation and maintenance
- ✓Shut off the water supply and relieve housing pressure before opening
- ✓Install only in a compatible 10″ × 2.5″ slim housing
- ✓Place after sediment filtration whenever possible to help protect the carbon block
- ✓Inspect, clean and lubricate the housing O-ring as required
- ✓Pressurize slowly and inspect the housing for leaks
- ✓Flush until carbon fines are cleared before normal use
