Description
RO remineralization & final-stage treatment
Add calcium carbonate and raise the pH of acidic or low-mineral RO water
The Omnipure K2548-BB uses calcite—calcium carbonate—as a final-stage mineral medium. When low-pH water contacts calcite, a portion of the media dissolves, adding calcium and alkalinity and helping move acidic water toward a more neutral pH.
