For screening and routine monitoring
Calibrate before first use and recalibrate periodically, especially after long storage, frequent use, or when higher measurement confidence is needed. Rinse the probe between samples and follow the supplied instructions for storage and calibration.
A consumer pH meter measures acidity/alkalinity only. It does not test for bacteria, heavy metals, fluoride, pesticides, or other specific contaminants and does not certify water as safe to drink.

Works as expected. It took a few minutes to calibrate at first, but after that, it was spot on. I use it weekly for my aquarium and it’s been very helpful. Just remember to calibrate every now and then if you’re using it often.
