Description
RO Straight Ball Valve – 1/4″ OD Tubing × 1/4″ Thread
This RO Straight Ball Valve is designed to provide reliable manual on/off water flow control
in reverse osmosis (RO) and water filtration systems. It connects 1/4″ OD tubing to a
1/4″ threaded port, allowing easy isolation of water flow for filter replacement,
maintenance, or system servicing.
Purpose
- Control water flow in 1/4″ RO tubing lines
- Connect tubing to a 1/4″ threaded component with shut-off capability
- Ideal for RO systems, countertop RO units, and inline water filtration setups
Key Features
- Straight inline ball valve design for minimal flow restriction
- Quarter-turn handle for quick and easy operation
- Push-to-connect tubing side for fast, tool-free installation
- Compatible with standard 1/4″ OD RO tubing
- Suitable for potable water and RO filtration applications
Installation Notes (Important)
The 1/4″ threaded side requires plumbing thread seal tape
(PTFE/Teflon tape) to ensure a secure, leak-free connection.
Wrap thread seal tape clockwise around the male threads before installation.
Hand-tighten first, then tighten slightly if needed. Do not overtighten.
Push 1/4″ OD tubing fully into the quick-connect port until it seats completely.
