Reverse Osmosis  Systems comes with 30 day money back guaranteed policy. If the customer returns the item within the first 15 days, we grant full Money back (customer responsible for shipping item back to us). Customer is responsible to pay the shipping charges both ways after the first 15 days.

Please contact us via Contact Us form for obtaining RMA # and return instructions.

Warranty: 1 year. Warranty covers:

• parts (itself plus shipping for first 30 days)
• parts (itself exclude shipping after 30 days)

Warranty does NOT cover:
– damages resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse or improper care.
– any water leaks damage. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages such as damage to or loss of directly or indirectly caused by improper use of the product.
– replacement filters (replacement filter set would need to be purchased separately)
